• For businesses, WinStamp requires a monthly subscription, which is managed through in-app purchases. These subscriptions are processed by Google Play or Apple App Store, and any refunds are subject to their respective policies.
You agree not to use WinStamp for any unlawful activities, including but not limited to:
• Engaging in or promoting illegal or fraudulent activities.
• Using the app as part of any loyalty or rewards program that promotes activities considered criminal by law.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if we determine that your use of the Service is in violation of these terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our discretion, particularly in cases of prohibited use as mentioned above. Termination may result in the loss of access to the Service and data associated with the account.
• Businesses that wish to use WinStamp must subscribe to a monthly paid plan.
• All subscriptions are managed through in-app purchases in the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
• Refunds for subscriptions are subject to the refund policies of Google and Apple. Please refer to their terms for details on how refunds are handled.
• Users must ensure that all payments are made promptly. Failure to pay for a subscription may result in the suspension of services.
By using the WinStamp app, you agree to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We are committed to safeguarding your data and protecting your privacy. However, you acknowledge that no data transmission over the internet can be entirely secure.
The WinStamp app is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind. By using the Service, you agree to the following:
