First, on your old phone, log in with your email within the WinStamp app. This will identify your seals to your account. Then log in with the same email address on your new phone.

You can do this on the settings page of the WinStamp application.

If you have lost access to your device without logging in with an email address, you need to contact our support team.

As a precautionary measure to protect customer rights, you cannot directly delete a stamp you have provided. But you can follow these steps:
1. Fill in the customer's stamp card completely. This will reset the card to zero.
2. Issue the required number of stamps.
3. Mark the rewards given to the customer during this process as “Redeemed”.
This way, your customer will be able to follow the whole process.

Only test customers can be deleted. To delete test customers, write to our support team with the customer numbers of the customers you want to delete.

In the Statistics section of the application, you can track date, branch and employee-based stamps.

Payment  ✔︎

As payments are processed through Apple and Google, receipts are also sent to you by these companies. Please check your email address or check the payment history in your Apple and Google account.

It can sometimes take up to several hours to process payments received. If the problem does not disappear within a few hours, please contact our support team.

You can change your payment card details from your Apple or Google account.
